Overview:
Commissioned shortly after the breach reopened, Samurai Dark is a nod to the older styles of jaegers, inspired by the speed and agility shown by Striker Eureka. Equipped for close combat, Samurai Dark is one of the fastest and most agile Mark 7 jaegers ever designed and one of the last remaining of the Mark 7's. Less durable for the sake of movement, Samurai Dark relies on the speed of a kill and is not ideal for drawn out encounters. Initially used at Shatterdome 3 Tokyo, Samurai Dark was piloted by Maru Daisuke and Tatsuma Ran until January of 2081. Currently Samurai Dark is due for completed repairs and to return to the force after new pilot selection at Shatterdome 13, Reever's Island.
